These terms cover this website only. The TradeLattice software is licensed under Apache-2.0. That license, not these terms, governs the software.
No warranty¶
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is accurate, complete or always available.
Not advice¶
Results are indicative only. They are not customs, legal or tax advice. Confirm duties and classifications with a licensed customs broker or the CBSA before relying on them.
Acceptable use¶
Do not attack, overload or probe the site. Do not use it to break the law or to infringe others' rights. Do not misrepresent your affiliation with the project.
Third-party data¶
Data from CBSA, CanadaBuys and Statistics Canada remains subject to the terms of those sources. Much of it is published under the Open Government Licence - Canada.
Governing law¶
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
